The Brunk's Birthday Madness

When I arrived in Denver at the Brunk's house, Mr. Brunk was ready to throw me a birthday bash... which I loved.  Streamers, balloons, and music made it a great welcoming!  Then when Mrs. Brunk came home, I got to open up a birthday present and she read me a story called "The Birthday Monsters"!!!  What a great time!

Colorado Road Trip

I'm ready to go on my first very long road trip!  I've got my books and toys and even some cool shades!  

The trip was long, but I had a good time with Mommy who sat in the back seat with me and we just played and played.  Daddy was jealous and wished he could have played with us.  I was very glad to get out of the car though and explored all through Uncle Joel's house and then crashed!  I didn't realize how worn out you can get from such a fun road trip!

Uncle Joel lives.  It was very, very cold here so I had to bundle up and wear my boots!

My first birthday party!

Last Saturday, I enjoyed my very first birthday party.  My family came over and I got to open some presents (and I have played with every single one of them millions of times), eat cupcakes, and go to the park!! I wasn't sure about the whole candle thing... and everyone singing and staring at me.  But once I tasted it... mmm!  It was worth the confusion!  Once I finished off my own little mini cupcake we bundled up and headed over to the park.  I love the park so this was just a great ending to a very fun birthday party!

I'm ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Officially at 6:07PM) 

Right now I'm in Fairplay, Colorado at my Uncle Joel's house celebrating.  Soon I'll be leaving for Denver to go visit my good friends, the Brunk's.  I LOVE the mountain air and try to get Mommy and Daddy to take me outside whenever possible.  It is so beautiful out here!  Don't worry, Mommy and I will take lots and lots of pictures and we'll share them when we return!
